At the core of our offering is IBM's Lotus Notes and Domino, it provides a server (Domino) and a client (Notes) that together act as an "application delivery platform" for your business. This environment is able to deliver rich applications that span from your base Email and Personal Information Management (PIM) all the way to document management and customer relationship applications. This platform allows your employees, partners, and customers to interact with the applications via Lotus Notes (Windows, Linux, Mac), web browser, and mobile device providing maximum flexibility and allowing you access to your applications the way you like when you want. Additionally, with Lotus Notes "replication" technology you are able to take your information and work on the road then synchronize your changes once you get back online, all done securely using encryption in case your computer gets lost or stolen.
The software includes base applications that can get you working right out of the box and with our development team we can do basic customization at no additional charge and because Lotus ND is based on Rapid Application Development (RAD) principles we are able to customize and deliver your applications with minimal or no investment in very short time frames. Lotus Notes also includes a completely integrated Office Productivity suite, called Symphony, for free so you don't have to invest in additional, and expensive, solutions like Microsoft's Office to run your business. Symphony includes applications for Word Processing, Presentations, and Spreadsheets and is able to open and edit Microsoft Office files like .doc, .ppt, and .xls. |
